Salesforce is hiring a customer experience focused UI/UX Designer for its Digital Experience Team in Bangalore, specifically aligned to architect automated lifecycle paths for the Informatica product segment. Breaking away from traditional static prototyping, this hybrid position treats the end-to-end customer journey as the primary user experience. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying hyper-personalized customer communication flows that guide users from onboarding to long-term product advocacy. The daily scope balances multi-channel content deployment with rigorous data analysis—requiring you to track real-time performance dashboards, run A/B testing matrixes to resolve friction points, and configure deep platform personalization to directly drive global adoption and lower churn.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience operating inside marketing automation, digital operations, product analytics, or interactive customer experience design domains.
  • Documented mastery in visualizing, mapping, and executing complex multi-tiered user journeys, flow charts, and logic pathways across distinct business departments.
  • Hands-on experience engineering and scaling communication delivery channels—specifically designing contextual Email layouts, push notifications, and In-App behavioral triggers.
  • Strong analytical approach utilizing data models to track real-time user friction points, interpret behavioral drops on dashboards, and construct operational A/B testing loops.
  • A sharp visual eye for digital content layout, ensuring rigorous messaging logic and identity consistency across cross-platform digital touchpoints.
  • Foundational familiarity with enterprise data management use cases and the core product lines of Informatica.
  • Basic working knowledge of front-end scripting elements, specifically writing raw HTML/CSS elements and engineering dynamic personalization logic using AMPscript.
  • Direct hands-on experience utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud automation engines and Pendo product adoption analytics tools.
  • Collaborative mindset to interact with high-performing global product strategists, strong organizational skills to balance multi-channel schedules, and an eagerness to adopt AI-native platforms (e.g., Agentforce) to scale operational output.
